No Customs duty on Liquefied Petroleum Gases consumed in the manufacture of polyisobutylene

The Government of India vide Notification 62/2012 – Customs dated 21st December, 2012 has specified nil duty of customs on Liquefied petroleum gases (LPG), in excess of the quantity of petroleum gases and other gaseous hydrocarbons received from the unit located in Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to be consumed in the manufacture of polyisobutylene by the unit located in Domestic Tariff Area (DTA), and returned to the same SEZ unit from where the same has been received.
